The Tashkent TV Tower is the tallest building with a open viewing platform to the public in Central Asia. The height of the tower is 375 meters, which is on 11 place in height of the TV tower of the world.

The TV tower was opened on January 15, 1985 and built in such a way that its construction is capable of withstanding an earthquake measuring up to 9 on the Richter scale. The main tasks of the Tashkent TV tower are television and radio broadcasting.

The Tashkent TV Tower, as a unique architectural structure, is the object of visits of citizens and guests of the capital.

There is a circular viewing platform where you can admire the beautiful panorama of 100 meters of the city.

At an height of 105 meters  a restaurant opened its doors to TV-tower visitors.


To visit the TV tower, the visitor must have identification documents with him.
