Theater, which from the beginning was formed as a jazz structure, when the director is created ensemble of improvising freely, responsive to hear and understand each other soloists. “Ilkhom” always identified himself as the Tashkent Theatre – the theater of the city, where everything is jumbled and all have been heard in the streets and a variety of dialects, so the sound on the stage at the same time Russian and Uzbek language. And in this repertoire as a long-term hit, “Happy are the poor” heroes speak at least four languages: Russian, Uzbek, Italian, Yiddish.

Over the past 10 years, the performances of the theater “Ilkhom” were presented at more than 22 international theater festival in 18 countries, including – Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Holland, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Yugoslavia, the United States, Russia and etc.
