The largest airline Wizz Air Abu Dhabi will launch direct flights to one of the main tourist gems of Uzbekistan – the city of Samarkand from December 13, 2022.
"UAE travellers who are looking to go on a cultural adventure this fall can book flight tickets for only Dh149 — as budget carrier Wizz Air Abu Dhabi launches operations to the ancient city of Samarkand in Uzbekistan"- it says https://www.instagram.com/khaleejtimes in a report by the Dubai news outlet Khaleej Times.
Flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays 2 times a week.
The cost of tickets from Abu Dhabi will be from 149 dirhams - 40 US dollars, according the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan – from 443 thousand soums.
