MALTourists can express their opinion about accommodation facilities using a questionnaire
In order to find out the degree of satisfaction of tourists visiting our country with accommodation facilities, a survey system has been introduced.
In the questionnaire introduced by the State Unitary Enterprise "Certification Center for Tourist Services", tourists have the opportunity to express their opinion on such issues as "public catering facilities", "pilgrimage facilities", "information facilities", "entertainment facilities", "questionnaire for assessing the quality of service for place of residence", "transport", "health facilities".
It is important to note that guests who are not satisfied with the quality of service at the hotel and other accommodation facilities can express their suggestions and objections at the link. For reference, this link is posted on the website of the State Unitary Enterprise "Certification Center for Tourist Services" (tourquality.uz) is located on the "survey" page in the "Press Service" section.
Tourists also have the opportunity to leave their suggestions and objections in the form of photo or video files uploaded to the system.
