MALUzbekistan demonstrated its tourism potential at the international exhibition in Hong Kong
The tourism potential of Uzbekistan was presented at the largest tourism exhibition in Asia — ITE Hong Kong 2025 (International Travel Expo), held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from June 12 to 15.
The national stand, organized by the Tourism Committee, became one of the brightest and most memorable at the exhibition. It presented the rich cultural heritage of the country, traditional folk crafts, as well as modern tourist routes reflecting the diversity and uniqueness of the tourism potential of Uzbekistan.
The exhibition was visited by representatives of travel agencies, airlines, investors and the media from dozens of countries in Asia and around the world. The stand of Uzbekistan aroused wide interest due to its rich presentation, national music, and a lively atmosphere conveying the spirit of oriental hospitality.
The exhibition included business meetings and negotiations with international partners. In particular, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Hong Kong Culture and Tourism Committee, during which prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation and expanding tourism exchange between Uzbekistan and Hong Kong were discussed.
