Bukhara: 5-Day Travel Itinerary

DAY 1

• 08:00 - Breakfast at the hotel.
• 09:00 - City tour of Bukhara (Chashma Ayub Complex, Mausoleum of the Samanids, Bolo Hauz Mosque, Shukhov water structure, Ark Fortress).
• During the tour - visit the Bukhara Regional Studies Museum and the Bukhara Water Supply History Museum, located within the tourist complexes.
• Also visit the craft center at the Modari-Khan Madrasah, recently reopened after restoration.
• 13:00 - Lunch.
• 14:00 - Continue the city tour (Kalyan Mosque, Mir-i Arab Madrasah, Kalyan Minaret, Mirzo Ulugbek Madrasah, Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah, trading domes Toki Zargaron and Toki Telpakfurushon, ancient Bukhara hammam, Toki Sarrofon, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Lyabi Hauz ensemble, Chor Minor Mosque).
• During the tour - visit the Fine Arts Museum, the Carpet Museum, and the Bukhara Calligraphy History Museum.
• 19:00 - Dinner.
• 20:30 - Return to the hotel and overnight rest.

DAY 2

• 08:00 - Breakfast at the hotel.
• 09:00 - Excursion to the emir's summer residence "Mokhi Khossa". During the visit - introduction to the Museum of Folk Applied Decorative Arts.
• 13:00 - Lunch.
• 14:00 - Visit the Gijduvan Ceramics Museum, where the Narzullaev dynasty has preserved pottery traditions for centuries.
• During the visit - hands-on participation in the process of making ceramic products.
• 18:00 - Depart for Bukhara.
• 19:00 - Arrival in Bukhara.
• 19:30 - Dinner.
• 22:00 - Return to the hotel and overnight rest.

DAY 3

• 08:00 - Breakfast at the hotel.
• 09:00 - Pilgrimage trip to the "Seven Pirs of Bukhara" with the performance of ziyarat rituals.
• 10:00 - Arrival at the shrine of Abdukholiq Gijduvani.
• 11:30 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Arif Revgari.
• 12:30 - Lunch.
• 13:30 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Mahmud Anjir Fagnavi.
• 15:30 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Ali Romitani.
• 16:00 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Muhammad Boboi Samosi.
• 17:00 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Amir Kulol.
• 18:00 - Arrival at the shrine of Khoja Bahauddin Naqshband.
• 19:00 - Dinner.
• 21:30 - Return to the hotel and overnight rest.

DAY 4

• 08:00 - Breakfast at the hotel.
• 09:00 - Departure to the "Bukhara Desert Oasis & Spa" tourism cluster located in Romitan district.
• 10:15 - Arrival at the tourism cluster and full-day rest using the following services:
• meals;
• accommodation and rest in yurts;
• beach leisure;
• camel rides across the desert;
• quad bike rides;
• a bar with a wide selection of soft drinks;
• cultural entertainment programs and concerts;
• hot-air balloon rides;
• meals in an emir's palace styled as medieval times, and other activities.
• 21:00 - Return to Bukhara city.
• 22:00 - Return to the hotel and overnight rest.

DAY 5

• 08:00 - Breakfast at the hotel.
• 09:00 - Departure to Gijduvan district.
• 10:00 - Arrival at the ancient tourism mahalla complex "Kurkon". During the day - participation in the following programs and services:
• use of the "Tosh Hammam" bathhouse operating since the 16th century;
• visit to the 17th-century "Bolo Kassobon" Mosque;
• visit to the 16th-century "Boborahim" Mosque;
• visit to the 18th-century "Bozori Qaymok" Mosque;
• hands-on participation in making traditional Gijduvan bread: "Gijduvan fatir" and "Gijduvan kulcha";
• introduction to the work of local confectioners.
