Travelling across Uzbekistan is becoming even more convenient. Starting from 10 July, Silk Avia will launch regular flights on the Bukhara – Sariosiyo – Bukhara route, operating every Friday with ATR 72 aircraft.
The new service will reduce travel time between Bukhara Region and Surkhandarya Region to just one hour, making journeys significantly faster and creating new opportunities to explore the country's southern destinations.
Sariosiyo serves as a convenient gateway to the natural and cultural attractions of Surkhandarya Region, including its scenic mountain landscapes, ecotourism routes, and historical landmarks.
The flight departs Bukhara at 08:30 and arrives in Sariosiyo at 09:30. The return flight leaves Sariosiyo at 10:10 and lands in Bukhara at 11:20.
The launch of the new air route is expected to further boost domestic tourism, improve regional connectivity, and make it easier for travellers to discover new destinations across Uzbekistan without long overland journeys.
