Discounts on domestic travel announced in honor of Independence Day

In connection with the 34th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of benefits are being introduced in our country to promote domestic tourism, ensure broad access to tourism services for the people, and create additional conveniences for our fellow citizens. 

In particular, tourism businesses will offer discounts of up to 20% on accommodation services (hotels, guest houses, hostels) operating throughout the republic, as well as on entrance tickets to cultural heritage sites managed by the Public charity foundation “Vaqf” and the Cultural Heritage Agency.

These discounts were introduced as part of the Independence Day celebrations, with the main goal of helping citizens discover the historical, cultural, and natural riches of our country, while also boosting the potential of domestic tourism.

The discounts apply to the following areas:

• Entrance tickets to cultural heritage sites, museums, and monuments;

• Accommodation service fees;

• Various touristic and travel services.

Currently, work is underway in collaboration with representatives of the tourism industry and local hokimiyats to organize various cultural and entertainment events, domestic tourism fairs, and festive promotions.
