MALInternational gastronomic festival will be held in Samarkand
Are you an enthusiast of delicious Uzbek food and national traditions, so we advise you to visit Samarkand this fall. From October 7 to 8, this ancient city will host the International Gastronomic Festival.
The big event will be attended by teams of chefs from foreign countries, as well as from all 14 regions of Uzbekistan, including leading chefs of catering companies serving tourists from various foreign countries.
The results of the competition programs will be evaluated by a competent jury. The authors of the best dishes will be awarded valuable prizes.
The festival is aimed at popularizing the gastronomic potential of our country, promoting international cooperation in the direction of gastronomic tourism, as well as increasing the tourist flow by promoting national culinary traditions.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the Administration of the Samarkand region and the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan.
