International grand prix in rhythmic gymnastics to be held in Samarkand

On November 22–23, Samarkand will host the international rhythmic gymnastics tournament "East Cup and Olympic Stars". The competition is organized with the support of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, the Ministry of Sports, the International Association of Sports Clubs and the Samarkand regional administration. 

The tournament will bring together top gymnasts from 12 countries, including Belarus, Spain, Russia, Moldova, Türkiye, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China and others. The athletes will showcase their skills in both individual and group performances — in the all-around and apparatus events of rhythmic gymnastics.

Spectators and professionals alike will have the opportunity to admire the gymnasts’ artistry in exercises with the hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. In addition, a world champion will conduct a special master class as part of the tournament.
