MALThe 3rd Festival of National Art and Traditions “MAKON FEST – 2024” will be held in Tashkent
On March 20-24, the 3rd Festival of National Art and Traditions “MAKON FEST – 2024” will be held in National Park of Uzbekistan “Milliy Bog’”.
The motto of the forum will be “Biz bir Makon – biz O’zbekiston” (We are one country – we are Uzbekistan), which reflects the idea of unification around national heritage and patriotism.
The festival is expected to attract guests and tourists from all over the world, in particular from Italy, the USA, China, Russia, France, Switzerland, Japan, Great Britain, Israel, Spain, Greece, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other countries.
The event program includes performances by musical groups, traditional folk festivals and games, an oriental fair, master classes by Uzbek artisans, fashion shows, exhibitions, and it is planned to prepare sumalak weighing 10 tons.
On the final day of “MAKON FEST – 2024” there will be a gala concert that will unite folk groups with famous pop artists on one stage, as well as an award ceremony for talented masters of arts and crafts, chefs, designers and folk groups.
