The popular website of Pakistan The News International has published an article about our country "Frolicking in Uzbekistan". Readers of the publication could get acquainted with the architecture, culture and history of Uzbekistan in the blog of Sana Tauseef, one of the bloggers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The News International - published in broadsheet size, is one of the largest English language newspapers in Pakistan. Out of London comes a foreign edition intended for the Pakistani community in the United Kingdom. The site, with a monthly audience of 17 million visitors, covers events both in Pakistan and around the world.

“Every journey begins with a first step; mine started with responding to an invitation from Uzbekistan Embassy in Islamabad to visit and explore their beautiful country. At first, I couldn’t get my head wrapped around the idea of going to this foreign land as an influencer but nevertheless the idea of exploring Uzbekistan (which recently opened up their doors for tourism) was enticing enough to jump the bandwagon and pack my bags to experience the SILK ROADS in person.” – writes the author in her blog.

In the article, Sana Tauseef describes in detail the history of the architectural sights of Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara - from the breathtaking architecture of Gur-Emir (Timur's Tomb) to the eternal Registan madrasahs and from the Shah-i-Zinda mausoleum (Hazrat Kusam ibn Abbas) to the Bibi-Khanym mosque.

“Pakistan and Uzbekistan share a brotherly bond which, we hope, will cement the relationship further between the two countries. We foresee that in coming future the two countries will see more tourism, trade and educational exchanges.” – Sana Tauseef tells her readers.
