Today, on August 4, at the VDNH Industry Square in Moscow, in pavilion No. 55, the Russian Tourism Forum “Путешествуй!” started, where Uzbekistan acts as a country partner.
The organizer of the event from the Russian Federation is the Roscongress Foundation, from Uzbekistan - the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Unitary Enterprise "National PR Center" with the support of the National Airline "Uzbekistan Airways".
The opening ceremony of the Forum and the exhibition was attended by Deputy Director of the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm) Zatynaiko Vladimir Vladimirovich, Director of the National PR-centre under the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan Samandarova Dilfuza Mansurovna.
“Today and over the next three days, visiting our national stand, you will learn about Uzbekistan, as a multinational and multicultural country, you will feel our unique flavor and mentality, which is typical only for our country. See with your own eyes our hospitality and recognize that our national cuisine is the most delicious and healthy and diverse, and our dances and music are the most incendiary and inspiring,” said Dilfuza Samandarova in her speech at the grand opening.
At the forum, the delegation of Uzbekistan presented two stands at once: a business stand and a stand dedicated to the tourism potential and culture of our country.
The business stand located in pavilion No. 55 provides information about the all-season world-class mountain resort Amirsoy Resort, the new Silk Road Samarkand tourist complex, the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism, as well as travel companies.
In turn, a stand dedicated to the tourism potential and culture of Uzbekistan will be located on the territory adjacent to pavilion No. 55. Here, the delegation of Uzbekistan presented the works of khunarmands, the national cuisine of Uzbekistan, information about various types of tourism, as well as organized a tasting of Uzbek-made wine and master classes in the manufacture of handicrafts.
Forum "Путешествуй!" will last in Moscow until August 7. The event is dedicated to the modern tourism industry in all its diversity.
