MALThe national stand of Uzbekistan is presented at the international exhibition “FITUR” in Spain
On January 24, the 44th international tourism exhibition FITUR 2024 opened in Madrid. The delegation of Uzbekistan was represented by employees of the Committee of Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Unitary Enterprise "National PR Center", Khorezm Tourism Administration and 6 travel companies of our country: Central Asia Travel, Global Explore, Uzbekistan Discovery, El Mundo Tour, Orient Star Group, Qanot Sharq, Rocket DMC Uzbekistan.
The Uzbek delegation, presenting a national stand at the tourism exhibition “FITUR 2024”, makes proposals for popularizing the country’s tourism potential, new tourist destinations and, of course, the Tashkent International Tourism Fair TITF-2024, which is a vivid reflection of the country’s tourism industry.
On the first day of the exhibition, representatives of the Uzbek delegation held a number of business meetings, signed cooperation agreements to popularize the country’s tourism potential abroad and increase the flow of European tourists. In particular, the director of the SUE "National PR-centre" D. Murodullayev was involved in negotiations to demonstrate the tourism potential of Uzbekistan at the Fira Barcelona exhibition in Spain in March, to carry out marketing projects with the Chinese company “Dida Travel marketing”, as well as to carry out promising propaganda projects in the future with representatives of the BBC TV channel.
During the exhibition days, Uzbek tour operators plan to establish new contacts with Spanish companies, as well as conclude contracts for organizing joint tours.
For reference: FITUR is an international tourism exhibition that is regularly held at the Ifema trade fair center in Madrid.
Every year, representatives of all segments of the tourism industry participate at the exhibition: tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, carriers, tourism offices, service companies, and others.
Uzbekistan has been participating in the international exhibition FITUR since 2005.
Fitur 2024 will last until January 28th.
