MALTashkent will host the Hotel Business FORUM-2023
On March 2-3, the Hyatt Regency Tashkent Hotel in Tashkent will host the “Hotel Business FORUM-2023”.
"Trends of hospitality: from cooperation in the service sector to IT solutions. Hotels in Uzbekistan. The event on the theme "Projects and buildings" is organized by the Association of Hoteliers of Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Regional leaders of Radisson, Hilton, Accor, Marriott, Wyndham and other global hotel chains will also take part in the event.
The forum will discuss such topical topics as "The Plenary session of the network leaders", the “Green economy in the development of the hospitality industry: world experience”, “Hotels, projects and buildings in Uzbekistan”, “Education as the main source of personnel and development in the hotel business”, “Automation of services in the hotel business on the example of international branded networks”, “Marketing and PR in the hotel business: the main directions of income increase", "Services: savings or investments", “Sustainable development of the hotel industry, provision of services”, “Education and digitalization of personnel as the main “locomotive” of the development of the hotel industry.”
Also, the ceremony of awarding the II National Award in the field of hospitality will take place within the framework of the forum. This project will start in 2022 and will be presented in 27 categories of hospitality.
It is worth to note that at the event special attention will be paid to the topic “Green economy in the development of the hospitality sector: world experience”, important issues will be considered and proposals will be put forward by international experts.
This event is a platform for discussing current trends in the hospitality industry and brings together leading international experts. Speakers and moderators will share their experience on current topics as international experts, representatives of the hotel business, tour operators, marketers, hotel service providers, representatives of global brands.
At the same time, an interactive B2B exhibition will be organized at the forum, providing a full range of products and services for the HoReCa segment, leading providers of hotel services. The exhibition covers a wide range of equipment, furniture, interior items, professional textiles, clothing, automation of security systems and other areas.
As of January 2023, there are more than 4,000 accommodation facilities in our country, including 2,458 guest houses and hostels, more than 1,200 hotels, 66 certified recreation centers.
These steps are aimed at ensuring sustainable and continuous growth of the hotel business in our country.
