From September 1 of this year, entry into the territory of the Russian Federation for CIS citizens will be possible only through a special application "Traveling without COVID-19".

The application "Traveling without COVID-19" is used to present negative results of PCR tests for coronavirus when crossing the Russian border at checkpoints.

Yesterday, in the issue of the TV channel "Russia 24" it became known that the laboratories of Uzbekistan also joined this application. As Tigran Sargsyan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank, noted in an interview with the Russian TV channel, it is possible to pass a PCR test in 87 medical institutions of Uzbekistan.

In addition to data on sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations in force in a particular CIS country, "Traveling without COVID-19" contains a list of verified laboratories. It is possible to save test results and QR codes in the application.

The interface allows responsible persons to check the test results at the entrance to the country both visually (the green color of the QR code) and using a standard QR code reader on any smartphone.
