From August 4 to 7, the International Tourism Forum "Путешествуй!" will be held in Moscow at the Industrial Square, where Uzbekistan will act as a country partner.
This event is a new generation event dedicated to the modern tourism industry in all its diversity.
"As the organizers of the forum, we are proud that Uzbekistan is a country partner this year. It is a country with a rich history and ancient architectural monuments. In recent years, many Russians have discovered this tourist destination, and it continues to gain popularity. Guests of the forum will be able to get acquainted with the sights, routes, infrastructure of Uzbekistan, as well as taste pilaf prepared by the best chefs of Tashkent," said Vladimir Zatynaiko, Deputy Director of the RosCongress Foundation.
The event is organized by the RosCongress Foundation, co–organizers are the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm). The forum will be held with the support of the Russian Geographical Society and the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
At the forum, the delegation of Uzbekistan consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, the National PR-Centre, the National Airline Uzbekistan Airways, JSC UZSHAROBSANOAT, together with tourism business entities and artisans, will present two stands at once: a business stand and a stand dedicated to the tourism potential and culture of our country.
The business stand will be located in Pavilion No. 55, where new destinations and tourist routes of our country will be presented. Also, representatives of the International University of Tourism and cultural heritage "Silk Road" will talk about the opportunities for education in the field of tourism.
In turn, the stand dedicated to the tourism potential and culture of Uzbekistan will be located on the territory adjacent to Pavilion No. 55. Here, the delegation of Uzbekistan will present the works of craftsmen, the national cuisine of Uzbekistan, information about various types of tourism, as well as a tasting of Uzbek-made wine and master classes on the manufacture of handicrafts.
It is also planned to hold talks with representatives of state organizations of the Russian Federation, organize B2B meetings with subjects of the tourism industry of Uzbekistan and Russia and take part in plenary discussions and conferences.
