Uzbekistan takes part in the international fair "MATTA Fair 2023" in Malaysia

From September 1 to September 3, 2023, the 35th International Tourism Fair "MATTA Fair 2023" is being held in the capital of Malaysia in the city of Kuala Lumpur. In the largest Malaysian international trade and exhibition center MITEC, the delegation of Uzbekistan first time presents the national stand of our country.

The participation of the Uzbek delegation in the tourism fair "MATTA Fair 2023" is organized by representatives of the State Unitary Enterprise "National PR-Centre" under the Committee of Tourism and with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia.

As part of the delegation representing our national stand, specialists from the National PR-Centre, local travel companies in Uzbekistan, such as East Asia Point, Shahraz, Orient mice, Euroasia, Another Travel, which present their best offers for popular destinations, will exchange experience and opinions on the strategy and programs for the development of tourism in all sectors and segments.

On the very first day, keen interest among the participants of the fair was caused by tourism products of Uzbekistan, which are gaining wide popularity among citizens not only of Malaysia, but of the entire region of Southeast Asia.

During the international fair, meetings are planned with tourism government organizations and marketing companies, such as the Tourism Malaysia, the Korea Tourism Organization, the Taiwan Tourism Bureau, the Philippine Tourism Promotion Council, the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, the Japan National Tourism Organization, as well as business audiences of representatives of the Uzbek delegation with Malaysian tour operators in active sales of venues and familiarization with the conditions of participation in the Tashkent International Tourism Fair TITF-2023, which will be held in November this year in Tashkent.

As part of the MATTA Fair 2023, the director of the National PR-Centre Samandarova Dilfuza, as well as a representative of the Orient mice travel company, made a presentation on the tourism potential of our country.

It is worth noting that this fair will provide a unique opportunity for Malaysians and foreign guests to immerse themselves in the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, contributing to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the rich history, art, cuisine and hospitality of the country.

Участие узбекской делегации в туристической ярмарке «MATTA Fair 2023» организовывается во главе представителей ГУП «Национальный PR-центр» при Комитете туризма при поддержке посольства Узбекистана в Малайзии.

В составе делегации, представляющей наш национальный стенд, специалисты Национального PR-центра, местные туристические компании Узбекистана, такие как East Asia Point, Shahraz, Orient mice, Euroasia, Another Travel, которые представляют свои наилучшие предложения по пользующимся популярностью направлениям, обменяются опытом и мнениями о стратегии и программ развития туризма во всех секторах и сегментах.

В первый же день живой интерес среди участников ярмарки вызвали туристические продукты Узбекистана, которые приобретают широкую популярность среди граждан не только Малайзии, но и всего региона Юго-Восточной Азии.

В ходе международной ярмарки запланированы встречи с государственными туристическими организациями и маркетинговыми компаниями, такими как Национальная организация туризма Кореи, Бюро туризма Тайваня, Совет по продвижению туризма Филиппин, Посольство Республики Турция, Национальная туристическая организация Японии, также деловые аудиенции представителей узбекской делегации с малайзийскими туроператорами по активным продажам площадок и ознакомление с условиями участия в Ташкентской международной туристической ярмарке ТМТЯ-2023, которая состоится в ноябре этого года в Ташкенте.

В рамках выставки «MATTA Fair 2023» директор Национального PR-центра Самандарова Дилфуза, а также представитель туркомпании Orient mice выступят с презентацией о туристическом потенциале нашей страны.

Стоит отметить, данная ярмарка предоставит уникальную возможность малайзийцам и иностранным гостям погрузиться в культурное наследие Узбекистана, способствуя более глубокому пониманию и оценке богатой истории, искусства, кухни и гостеприимства страны.
