The tenth World Futsal Championship will be held in Uzbekistan from September 14 to October 6.

The draw for the World Cup took place on May 26 in Samarkand, following its results, six groups of four national teams were formed. The top two teams of each group and the top four third-place winners will advance to the playoffs.
