Uzbekistan Cultural Heritage Tour Package 2027

Travel Dates: September 28 – October 9, 2027
Duration: 11 Days / 11 Nights
Route: Tashkent – Samarkand – Bukhara – Khiva

Embark on an unforgettable journey through Uzbekistan, a land where ancient civilizations, magnificent architecture, and vibrant traditions come together along the legendary Silk Road. This carefully designed cultural tour package offers an immersive experience in four of the country's most iconic cities, each revealing a unique chapter of Central Asia’s rich history.

Tashkent – Gateway to Uzbekistan

Your adventure begins in Tashkent, the dynamic capital city where modern life blends seamlessly with centuries-old heritage. Explore the city’s most significant landmarks, including Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, the Monument of Courage, and the renowned Tashkent Metro with its beautifully decorated stations.

A highlight of the stay is a visit to the impressive Center of Islamic Civilization, one of the largest cultural and educational complexes in Central Asia. The center showcases rare manuscripts, historical artifacts, and one of the world's oldest Qurans—the revered Quran of Uthman. Visitors will also experience the vibrant atmosphere of Chorsu Bazaar and the historic Hazrati Imam complex.

Samarkand – The Jewel of the Silk Road

Travel aboard the modern Afrosiyob high-speed train to Samarkand, one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities and a UNESCO World Heritage destination.

Discover the breathtaking Registan Square, surrounded by the magnificent Ulugbek, Sher-Dor, and Tilla-Kari Madrasahs. Visit the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum, the resting place of the great conqueror Amir Temur, and admire the stunning tilework of the Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis.

The program also includes visits to the Ulugbek Observatory, the ancient settlement of Afrosiyab, the Khudjum Carpet Workshop, and the famous Meros Paper Mill in Konigil Village, where centuries-old papermaking traditions have been revived.

Bukhara – Living Museum of the East

Continue to Bukhara, a city that served as a major center of trade, scholarship, and spirituality for over two millennia.

Explore the architectural masterpieces of the old city, including the Poi-Kalon Ensemble, the iconic Kalon Minaret, Miri-Arab Madrasah, Lyabi-Hauz Complex, and the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani. Wander through the historic trading domes and discover the Ark Fortress, once the residence of Bukhara’s rulers.

The tour also features a visit to the elegant Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa Palace, the summer residence of the last Emir of Bukhara.

Khiva – An Open-Air Museum

The journey concludes in the enchanting city of Khiva, home to the perfectly preserved Ichan-Kala fortress city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Walk through ancient gates and narrow streets lined with madrasahs, mosques, minarets, and palaces. Highlights include the Kunya-Ark Fortress, Tosh-Hovli Palace, Kalta-Minor Minaret, Juma Mosque, and numerous historical monuments that transport visitors back to the golden age of Silk Road caravans.
