Day 01 – Monday, 26 October | Arrival Tashkent & Excursion

Morning / Afternoon

 Arrival at Tashkent International Airport 12.00.

 Airport formalities.

 Meet & Greet by Stan Holiday representative, followed by city sightseeing.

 Start with the historical old town (Old Tashkent):

o Khast Imam Complex – the spiritual heart of Tashkent. Visit:

 Barak Khan Madrasah

 Tilla Sheikh Mosque (home to the famous Uthman Quran – the world’s

oldest known Quran)

 Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum

 Islamic Civilization Centre

o Monument of Courage — is a significant memorial located in Tashkent,

Uzbekistan.

o Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial Complex.

Afternoon

Lunch at local Uzbek/Indian restaurant at own:

 Enjoy authentic Uzbek cuisine at a local chaikhana (tea house)

 Continue sightseeing in modern part:

o Independence Square, Amir Timur Square, Navoi Opera & Ballet Theatre

o Chorsu bazaar - Tashkent’s historic market, full of colors, aromas, and authentic

Day 02 – Tuesday, 27 October | Tashkent → Samarkand (by Afrosiyob High-

Speed Train)

 Breakfast at hotel.

 Transfer to Tashkent Railway Station.

 Take the high-speed Afrosiyob train (Approx. 2 hrs).

 Upon arrival, start Samarkand city tour by visiting with:

o Registan Square,

o Gur-Emir Mausoleum & Rukhabad Mausoleum (Adobe of the Spirit).

 Lunch at local Uzbek restaurant or guesthouse at own.

Evening:

 Free time in the evening – enjoy traditional dinner or night walk vibes around Registan

for the fascinating sound & laser show by own (beautifully illuminated).

Transfer to hotel for check in & rest.

Day 03 – Wednesday, 28 October | Samarkand – Historical Highlights

 Breakfast at hotel.

 Guided heritage walk of Samarkand covering:
