MALCareer guidance event within the framework of the project “Popularization of the profession in the field of tourism”
As part of the project “Popularization of a profession in the field of tourism”, a comprehensive career guidance event was held for young people, aimed at demonstrating opportunities in the field of tourism and an informed choice of a future profession.
As part of the event “Promoting the Tourism Profession,” young men and women were introduced to the opportunities and responsibilities in the hotel and tourism sectors. For graduates and students, explanations were given on the requirements and qualities necessary for a successful career in the field of tourism and hospitality, and master classes were organized (including the example of WorldSkills).
At the event, specialists from the consulting company Hotelpro, the Shosh Palace Hotel, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the Central Asian University of Tourism and Hospitality, the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan, and the WorldSkills Uzbekistan Association spoke, who shared valuable practical tips on training in the field of tourism and hospitality.
