The famous British website "Time Out" has published an article about the top 10 tourist destinations for "Stargazing" - stargazing in natural areas away from civilization in different parts of the world. "Time Out" was founded in 1968 and is a well-known British global hospitality media brand. Along with tourist sites of the USA, Chile, New Zealand, India, the article also mentions the Ustyurt Plateau and the Aral Sea, the main objects of ecological tourism in Karakalpakstan.
In particular, the talk is about the special role of ecological tourism in the fight against the drying up of the sea and the consequences of environmental disasters, about the travel agency "Beskala", which has been serving foreign tourists for several years, as well as about the yurt camp near the Aral Sea. In conclusion, the author urges his audience to book a tour to the Aral Sea region to see the disappearing sea with their own eyes, to visit a yurt camp and, of course, to watch the stars at night.
