MALThe creative team of the Russian TV program "Vesti Nedeli" in Uzbekistan
The Tourism Committee with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a visit of the creative team of the "Vesti Nedeli" program of the "Russia" TV channel to Uzbekistan on November 14-27 2023.
For reference, the TV channel "Russia" is considered the most influential media holding in the Russian Federation, covering 99% of the country's population, and is the main source of information and cultural context. The channel includes 79 independent regional TV and radio companies and 53 national language content integrated into the federal broadcasts of Rossiya TV channels. The number of daily observers is 1.5 million.
The purpose of the visit is to prepare media content dedicated to the tourism potential, cultural and historical heritage of Uzbekistan, to get acquainted with the reforms being implemented in New Uzbekistan and show it in the next edition of the TV program "Vesti Nedeli".
In particular, the creative team led by Maxim Kiselyov visited the sights of Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Namangan, Andijan regions and the city of Tashkent, and familiarized themselves with Uzbek culture, tradition, cultural heritage sites, handicrafts, national dishes.
In addition, the representatives of the creative group were given detailed information about achievements and opportunities in tourism, cultural, artistic and construction areas of our country.
