MALExhibition of paintings by OIC member countries opened in Khiva
On June 2, the Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change Aziz Abdukhakimov, Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha, Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Secretary General Khusrav Noziri, Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Salim AlMalik, Khokhim of Khiva Temur Davletov, Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiev got acquainted with the exposition of paintings presented as part of international events in connection with the announcement of Khiva by the tourist city of the Islamic world.
The exhibition takes place on the topic "Cultural attractions of the Islamic world." It shows paintings depicting the sacred places of the member countries of the OIC. Here you can see in total 60 paintings, each of which captured the shrine special and significant for the Islamic world. 
The exposition gives visitors the opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural and spiritual heritage of various Islamic countries, plunge into the atmosphere of their religious traditions and history. 
The paintings were made by artists of the countries of the organization of Islamic cooperation.
