CNFishing festival to be held in Surkhandarya
On December 21 of this year, the "To'palang fish" festival will be held in the Sebzor mahalla of the Sariosiyo district.
The festival, which is being held for the first time in Surkhandarya region, will further develop the industry, attract a large flow of tourists to this direction of gastronomic tourism, and exchange experience in the cultivation of fish, which our people have always valued as halal food.
In the Sariasiya district, it is planned to turn fish farming into one of the leading industries. The Tupalang River, formed by mountain tributaries, is known for its unique trout.
The program of the festival includes a demonstration of various fish dishes, fisheries exhibitions of forestry, natural parks and reservoirs of the region, trade fairs. Also, a competition will be organized in such areas as "Best chef," "Sweetest fish dish," the winners will be awarded diplomas and valuable prizes.
The festival will end with an interesting concert program of artists.
