On February 5 of this year, as part of this prestigious event, the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with relevant ministries and agencies, opened the "Delicious Uzbekistan" gastronomic tourism corner in the "Made in Uzbekistan" pavilion.

This area showcased the rich and diverse national culinary traditions of Uzbekistan, regional dishes, and modern gastronomic products, as well as a presentation by renowned Uzbek chefs on the topic of "Uzbekistan's Gastronomic Tourism Potential."

The event was attended by diplomatic representatives from foreign countries, potential investors and entrepreneurs, representatives of international and local media, and the general public. Guests enjoyed Uzbek dishes prepared with national and local ingredients, possessing a unique and inimitable flavor.

This creates favorable conditions for the further development of tourism exchange between the two countries.

The exhibition also featured a presentation of local products, which are in high demand in international markets. It was noted that these products play an important role in promoting Uzbekistan's export potential and national brand.

For information: In April 2025, the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the participation of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad, travel companies, representatives of hotel management and tourism businesses, and media representatives, held "Road Show" events in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad to promote Uzbekistan's tourism potential.

This event became a shining example of the unique national values and cultural diversity of the two nations. It contributed to strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between the countries, as well as promoting ideas of peace, stability, and prosperity based on shared historical roots.

During the events, representatives of the Tourism Committee provided detailed information to participants and foreign investors about the large-scale reforms implemented in Uzbekistan's tourism sector in recent years, the favorable conditions being created, investment opportunities, and promising projects.
