An iconic building of the XVI century, Muyi Muborak madrasah, is located in the old city of Tashkent. The most valuable artifact of the madrasah is the handwritten monument – Koran of Osman, which is stored in the library’s collection. The ancient manuscript dates from 644-648. In addition to Koran, the library store lots of other important literature.
