MALThe ITF Taekwondo Cup of Uzbekistan will be held in Tashkent
November 26-27, 2021, competitions of the Uzbekistan Cup in the direction of Massagi Taekwon-do ITF among youth and teenagers from 9 gyp to 3 dan will be held at the Sakhovat Sport Service sports complex in Tashkent.
About 3,000 athletes aged 7 to 39 from all regions of the country will compete for 314 sets of medals prepared for the winners.
Until 1991, about 3,000 athletes were engaged in this martial art, there were about 30 sections. Li.E, P.A. Usmanov - one of the first masters of sports of the international category. Taekwondo is a universal sport, it is considered the most convenient and reliable sport for self-defense. This art has deep historical roots. Taekwon-do significantly expands the range of individual abilities and contributes to their development.
The purpose of the competition is to attract young people to sports in our country, to qualify for the World Championship in Minsk, Belarus, on December 11-18, 2021, and also to train talented athletes members of the Uzbekistan national team in 2022.
