Uzbek pilaf among the 15 best culinary traditions of UNESCO

It is not a secret that popular culinary traditions of different countries attract gourmets from all over the world.

So, the American edition of Trips to Discover decided to offer its readers 15 culinary traditions included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List, including pilaf, which is loved by the whole world! authors of the publication advise readers to experience the culinary traditions of the recommended dishes by visiting their homeland. So, they advise, first of all, to try Uzbek pilaf at the Pilaf Center in Tashkent.

Among other recommendations, the list includes the culinary traditions of Italy, Mexico, Norway, Greece, Croatia, France, Japan, China, Thailand, Colombia, Turkey, Spain and Brazil.
