Uzbek taekwondo athletes won 7 medals in Fujairah Open-2022 championship in the UAE

From February 6th to 8th , in the city of Fujairah (UAE), the World taekwondo tournament WT took place. Uzbek athletes, including Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Ulugbek Rashitov, Nikita Rafalovich, Jasurbek Zhaisunov, Feruza Sadikova, Svetlana Osipova and others, won 4 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Such a prestigious sporting event once again brought together the young international sports stars who already have a solid level in world rankings.

In accordance with the calendar plan of the World Taekwondo Federation WT during 2 rating tournaments, rating points will be played. The Uzbekistan national team participates in these tournaments with 2 squads. The first tournament was "Fujairah Open-2022".
