The delegation of Uzbekistan, headed by the Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiev, is participating in the “WTM London 2024” (World Travel Market) from November 5 to November 7, 2024. This is one of the largest tourism exhibitions in the world, bringing together hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, online platforms, airlines, and other tourism industry experts.
More than 4,000 representatives from the tourism and related industries from over 184 countries are participating with their own stands at the event, held at the "ExCeL" exhibition center in London.
At this exhibition, Uzbekistan has organized a unified stand for the country’s tourism brand, where participants and guests can learn about the traditions, customs, and rich culture of our country.
More than 10 domestic tourism organizations, such as “AFSONA-TRAVEL,” “ASIA ADVENTURES LTD,” “Asialuxe Travel LLC,” “Central Asia Travel,” “Dolores Travel Services,” “INTER MICE ASIA,” “Orient Voyages,” “Peopletravel,” “ROCKET DMC UZBEKISTAN,” “Sitara Travel,” as well as the joint-stock company “Uzbekistan Airways,” are presenting their tourism services and products at the national stand.
Special attention at the exhibition is given to the cultural program organized for the guests. Khorezm musicians are performing traditional melodies and dances that reflect the unique musical culture of Uzbekistan.
In addition, the Uzbekistan delegation is holding several meetings with foreign partners to discuss prospects for cooperation in the tourism sector, aimed at promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential abroad and increasing the flow of tourists to our country.
