Uzbekistan takes part in the tourism fair “SITF 2024” in South Korea

The delegation of Uzbekistan from May 9 to 12, 2024 takes part in the work of “SITF 2024” (Seoul International Travel Fair), one of the largest tourism exhibitions in the Asian region, uniting tour operators and travel agents from all over the world, representatives of international airlines, national and regional travel councils tourism, regional tourism administrations, largest hotel complexes and sanatoriums and other experts in the tourism industry.

More than 800 exhibitors from the tourism and related industries from 70 countries take part in the event, held at the COEX Convention Center in Seoul with their stands.

The stand of Uzbekistan is represented by the Tourism Committee, the State Unitary Enterprise "National PR-Centre", while the fair is attended by Uzbekistan Airways JSC, regional tourism departments of Khorezm and Bukhara, as well as travel agencies and the Uzbekistan Hotel.

During the days of the international fair, members of our delegation will present new tourism products, as well as talk about opportunities for participation at the Tashkent International Tourism Fair TITF-2024, which will be held in November this year. Also, participants and guests of the fair get acquainted with the traditions, customs and rich culture of our country.

In addition, the delegation of Uzbekistan is holding a series of meetings with foreign partners to discuss prospects for cooperation in the tourism sector, aimed at promoting the tourism potential of Uzbekistan abroad and increasing the flow of tourists to our country.

Today, as part of SITF 2024, meetings and negotiations were held with representatives of the tourism industry of several countries such as Mongolia, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Seychelles, Indonesia, and Turkiye.

SITF 2024 - Korea World Travel Fair (KOTFA), with its 38-year history, is the largest international tourism fair in Korea, bringing together 70 countries to promote their tourism resources and culture. “SITF” is visited annually by more than 50 thousand visitors and representatives of the tourism industry.
