From March 11 to 13 of this year, the 32nd International Exhibition of Tourism and Hospitality Industry “MITT 2026” is being held in Moscow, where Uzbekistan is showcasing its tourism potential, new travel destinations, and the country’s achievements in the tourism sector.

At Uzbekistan’s national stand, organized as part of this major international exhibition, representatives of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan Airways, the Silk Road Samarkand tourist complex, and more than 10 tourism companies are presenting information about the country’s most attractive travel routes. Visitors are being introduced to the ancient architectural monuments located in the cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva, which are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, as well as modern entertainment complexes, numerous tourist sites across various regions of the republic, and the traditions, national cuisine, art, and rich cultural heritage of the Uzbek people.

As part of the exhibition’s business program, meetings are being held in G2B and B2B formats with representatives of tourism companies, tour operators, airlines, and industry organizations. During these meetings, participants discuss expanding cooperation, developing new tourism routes, and promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism opportunities in the international market.

It should be noted that thanks to its rich historical heritage and cultural diversity, Uzbekistan attracts significant interest from Russian tourists and ranks among the top 10 most popular travel destinations for visitors from Russia.

MITT is an international tourism and hospitality industry exhibition that has been held in Moscow for more than 30 years. The event is one of the largest and most significant B2B platforms in the tourism sector, bringing together industry professionals from different countries around the world each year.
