Aziz Ibragimov is an artisan specializing in the creation of traditional Uzbek fabrics. He was born in 2000 in Margilan, the center of traditional silk weaving. After completing school, Aziz Ibragimov enrolled in college, where he received specialized education in textile production. In 2020, he graduated with a diploma in his field and immediately chose a mentor, from whom he learned textile production for a year.
By 2021, the craftsman had acquired the necessary knowledge and got a job in a workshop as a master in producing atlas and adras fabrics in the city of Tashkent. The craft of making traditional Uzbek fabrics such as atlas, adras, and silk has ancient roots in the culture and history of Uzbekistan. These fabrics are an integral part of the country's national heritage and historical textile tradition. The works of this craftsman are distinguished by their unique combination of colors and design. Their uniqueness and beauty attract the attention of not only residents but also tourists of the city. Aziz Ibragimov continues to improve his skills and promote Uzbek traditional fabrics, demonstrating a constant commitment to quality and innovative solutions in his work.
