Equipment
-A backpack with good back support Flashlight/headlamp, power bank, compass or GPS.
-Trekking poles — reduce strain on your knees.

Food and Water
-Convenient food: nuts, dried fruits, bars, freeze-dried meals.
-At least 2 liters of water + filter or purification tablets.

-First aid kit: band-aids, bandages, painkillers, antihistamines, insect repellent.
