The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Tourism Committee U. Shadiev, Deputy Khakim of the Bukhara Region B. Shakhriyorov, Head of the Regional Tourism Department S. Bobokalonov, Khakim of the Gijduvon District Sh. Ashurov, representatives of the public and the media.

The participants of the event got acquainted with the conditions created in the "Tourist Mahalla".

Today, the territory of Gijduvan has a convenient infrastructure, there are objects of material and cultural heritage, including the "Old Stone Bath" (16th century), "Bozori Kaymak" (19th century), the mosques "Boloi Kassobon" (19th century) and "Boborakhimboy" (16th century), as well as more than 10 old houses, about 20 family guest houses and more than 10 houses of artisans.

Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiev took part at the closing ceremony of the International Week of Pilgrimage Tourism.
