Behind the Stele is an amphitheater that can accommodate up to 5,000 people. Public holidays, cultural and educational events, and New Year's performances are held here. The main Christmas tree of the country is located here.

The park has artificial lakes, playgrounds, cafes and restaurants, gazebos. The park has become a favorite place for townspeople and tourists. Thanks to the good ecology, picnics can be held here and just enjoy the beautiful views of the park and the amazing sculptures scattered throughout the park.
